I will start by thanking the millions of visitors we have had over the past three years, as with an extremely heavy heart and tear soaked eyes, I must announce today that Celebrities.com as you have come to know and love it will no longer exist.

As we move into the next phase, I would like to thank everyone that has worked tirelessly on the site. A few people need and deserve special recognition.

First off, thank you to CJ and Mike for being the greatest champions of the site and best people with whom to share a sanity break. And to Lisa, thanks so much for sticking with us and writing about your life in Hollywood.

Key Greene who, since starting here, has given everything she has. She has continuously brought you the best analysis of the latest celebrity news, through my nitpicking and many other demands.

Steve Brodersen and Henry Trappler: These men are the finest videographer and photographer, respectively, that I have ever met. Constant professionals, these two gentlemen not only get the best images and video, they are also wonderful to hang out with.

Larry Holzer: It’s difficult for me to thank him enough. He is one of the hardest working people I know, in any profession, and he has a heart of gold. Over the years, he let me tag along with him and those memories are some of my favorites.

E.L. Woody: My life will never be the same after knowing him. Through the good and bad, I have always been and will be grateful for the insight, candor, and camaraderie that he has given me. He has influenced everything from the music I like to the way I view the world. You don’t get many opportunities in life to meet a truly transformative figure and, I must say, that is what he is.

I ask everyone that has enjoyed and loved Celebrities.com over the years to continue to follow E.L. Woody and the rest of the guys at Poptv.com. There you will be able to watch interviews from Henry, photos and videos from Steve, and Larry’s always exciting videos from New York City.

In honor of Henry’s videos from yesterday of the separate Tila Tequila and Courtenay Semel, I thought I’d bring you this video from Steve. He was at, Avalon, for a Welcome Home party for DJ AM, a few weeks ago, when the couple came walking up holding hands. They look very happy together and Tila chatted with YehYa before leaving the club.

In this video, shot by Art (Sorry i don’t have a photo for him) Britney Spears is at the nail salon chatting on her Blackberry while she gets a manicure. Her mom, Lynne, is also at the salon, though not getting her cuticle beds worked on, and chatting on her phone. When the pairs decides to leave they are escorted home by the L.A.P.D. from above in a helicopter and on land by a car.

It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, even for a beloved celebrity of Michael J. Fox’s caliber, Wednesday November 5th when Fox got to play with The Who. Even Michael acknowledged the monumental moment when he addressed the crowd at his annual A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson’s event, saying:

“”This is almost worth getting Parkinson’s for!” Michael J. Fox declared as he took the stage to play guitar with The Who in New York City Wednesday night.

The actor – who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991 – rocked out to the legendary band’s “Magic Bus,” trading licks and windmill guitar riffs with Pete Townshend.”

With Fox’s wife Tracey Pollan by his side, MJF has a lot to celebrate lately. Ryan Reynolds recently ran the New York Marathon raising $79,000 for Michael’s Parkinson foundation; and Ryan was front and center with his newlywed bride, Scarlett Johansson at the event. Also Michael is celebrating the election of Barack Obama into Presidential office:

“At the event, Fox spoke of his delight at the election of Barack Obama as president and hope he would be more forthcoming into looking into stem cell research to find a possible cure for Parkinson’s. He said: ‘I’m positive that one of the first things that Obama is going to do … is revisit the George W. Bush’s ban on stem cell research. I’m really excited.’”

I really hope so MJF! Michael is probably best remembered for his role as Mary McFly in the “Back to the Future” series of films but was also a staple on the series “Family Ties,” in which he played a very lovable young republican named Alex P. Keaton (I can almost hear Alex making plans for a Palin campaign in 2012.) Regardless of their political leanings Fox’s characters have always been infused with the actors’ great sense of humor and I’m hopeful research will advance at a pace great enough to keep him around for many more generations to enjoy.

There are moments that even I wonder what some celebrities are like when the camera’s aren’t rolling. Are they as much fun as they seem in the press shots or do they sneak into their favorite clubs, find a quiet corner spread a few rumors about their ‘wild’ night out – and then take a nap? The answer to all these questions could be answered with a stint on Reality TV! So here are a few Celebrities I think would be awesome on a reality television series.

1. Charlie Sheen

– A funny man that I know is recently married but Charlie would be hilarious fun as a “Bachelor.”

2. Shannon Doherty

– Picture my favorite catty celebrity on a “Survivor” type show. This would be total awesome!

3. Jamie Lynn Spears

– Big sister Britney Spears’ life is calming down at a fast clip, but with a new baby in tow and a wedding in need of planning in the near future the daily life of the baby of the Spears clan would probably be fascinating right about now. I see Jamie Lynn in a family based reality show like the “Osbornes.”

4. Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen

– Some of you grew up with these two. It would be amusing to see them returned to television on a weekly basis in a more grown up setting. This power hitting duo would probably rock out in something like “Apprentice” but with them at the top of the food chain, not one of the peons.

Ok – actually it was Terri Seymour who broke it off with her long time beau, Simon Cowell. The pair had been dating since 2002 but Terri’s desire to start a family seems to be behind her ending the relationship with the “American Idol” judge. Just to keep the lines of friendship open though, Simon gave his former love a truly memorable parting gift:

“American Idol judge Simon Cowell gifted $9 million to Terri Seymour to keep their recent parting amicable - $5 million cash and $4.6 million to a buy a Beverly Hills home.”

TILA TEQUILA - The sexy, hot Lesbian got a kick out of being caught in the middle of the protest. I asked her if she is going to get married and she said of course she is. I enquired to who? She said it will be to one of the girls near her. I asked for her opinion on Proposition 8. Tila: “I think it’s bullshit…we need a re-count. Equality for all!” I wanted to know if she voted for Obama. Tila replied that she loves him and waited for one hour to vote for him at 11 am. My video of the protesters and Tila’s arrival, was exclusive.

COURTENAY SEMEL - I asked Tila’s former girlfriend what happened between them. Courtenay: “What happened? Let’s see. I think she turned straight…I missed something.” I don’t think so. Tila is still into girls and made that perfectly clear by smooching with her new lady several times, just moments before. Courtenay is single now and available and I enquired as to what kind of girls she is looking for. It is a pretty long list and includes girls who are brunette, tall, model, skinny, have to dress cute and enjoy the same restaurants as her. She felt the need to insult her former flame, Tila, and said that she was once asked who is the biggest attention whore, Tila or Sarah Palin? She said she had answered Sarah and it is actually the other way around. Come on, Courtenay..I really don’t like that phrase “attention whore.” There is nothing wrong with famous people enjoying their success, cameras, video and publicity. Not only is there nothing wrong with it, but it is a wonderful thing. It is part of Hollywood and is better than boring celebrities and Tila is extremely popular and doing something right. She is fun and entertaining and a pleasure to film.

It’s time for a “Dancing with the Stars” update! Since the election coverage on Tuesday basically ousted all the regularly scheduled programming – everywhere – this week’s results show was held last night. Cody Linley, professional dancer Julianne Hough’s partner was paired with Edyta Sliwinska for the night. Julianne, who recently had surgery is recovering rapidly but said:

“I want to be back this week, but it may be another week just because we don¹t want anything to rupture or the stitches to fly out.”

That’s wonderful news! I can hardly wait for Hough’s return to the show though I’m sure that Cody is even more anxious than I am for her return. This Wednesday he was in the lower two which left him open for elimination before Julianne could return to the dance floor! Luckily for Hough and Linley, he was spared – unfortunately that meant that Susan Lucci and her dancing partner Tony Dovolani was eliminated instead. Susan’s goodbye was short and sweet:

“I had the most incredible experience here. I leave with a life experience, something I will never forget.”

Entertainment Tonight

Well that’s a shame, Tony and Susan made such a stunning pair and seemed to really be having a lot of fun together on and off of the dance floor. At least I can hope that Julianne will make it back to the dance floor before her partner suffers a similar fate.

LADY VICTORIA HERVEY - The beautiful and elegant Victoria posed with friends, who are like the French Dolce and Gabbana. Lady Victoria updated me on her endeavors, and they include a new fashion PR. She had dinner with Vivian Westwood a couple nights ago. She said she hadn’t seen me in a long time and I wandered where she has been? All over, New York, Paris and London. She said she is excited about Obama’s election and it is a new era. I asked her how he is received in England. Lady Victoria’s friends stayed up all night and have been emailing her. Everyone is thrilled! It is always great seeing her.
